  We all loved the position and the viewsand wanted to have a anual site with a slab and aluminium annex , but the managment really are a pain in the butt wanting certified ennginerrs reports on every single thing from prelimary drawings to inspections of any holes for posts or anchor points even tho we were exempt from any of these I know as we checked with the Bega valley council planning dept . The 1 bright point was Sharon in the office

  We love this place to bits. Been coming for about 10 years, 2-3 times a year and it's brilliant, particularly because we can bring our dog. Friendly people with a very relaxed atmosphere. Killer gorgeous spot on the Lake, close to several beautiful beaches and walking areas, fishing, canoeing or trip to Tilba. Can't beat it anywhere in the world :)
